Internet is a big place where everyone is just sitting and waiting for a miracle to happen. The internet space is large like an ocean and in order to make it (in order for your website to make it), you have to read our internet marketing classes which will hopefully teach you something about this little „science“. Many people think that if they drive some traffic to their website, they've done their job. That's where they are mistaken... Without a valid internet marketing strategy (mostly done by internet marketing firms, but can be done by yourself) there are no results. Here's what it's crucial:
A- Nicely made website
A nice, professional and neat looking website is essential. If your website looks like an 8-year old kid made it, your potential customer will just surf by. Your site has to be unique and have something that people will remember it by. If you can't make a site like that, it's better to pay someone to do it than to have an „ugly“ site which will not attract visitors.
B- Your content is king
Don't write something that even you don't want to read. Keep your content updated (at least once a week) with unique, quality content and you should be fine. Keep in mind that quality comes first... before quantity. This is a very crucial lesson of our internet marketing classes.
C- Brandability
When deciding the name of your website, you have to think about brandability. Big companies spend millions to make their products a brand. You have to think of a catchy name (a catchy domain name) which will be easily pronouncable.
